Pacific Crest is very happy with the three websites. The sites' content management system allow them to address the changing minutia that occurs within their product hierarchy. The online video tutorials and 'dealer locators' have also reduced the amount of time their employees are spending tending to prospective customers--saving them valuable man-hours.
